We are expanding our product line with a new category of ZRP engine valves manufactured in Argentina under advanced metallurgical processes and strict quality control.

Exhaust Valves:
Manufactured from Inconel INC-751 alloy, providing superior high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. These valves are engineered to maintain structural integrity under extreme exhaust gas temperatures and high-boost conditions.

Intake Valves:
High-grade steel construction SAE EV8 (21-4N) with a black nitride surface for increased hardness, wear resistance, and reduced friction. The stem geometry is optimized for improved guide life and stable valve dynamics.

Our engineering approach focuses on absolute precision and reliability. Each valve is machined with strict tolerances to ensure consistent mass and geometry, resulting in stable valve motion at high RPM. The valve seat interface has been optimized to deliver efficient sealing and improved heat transfer, critical in high-temperature environments. Every production batch undergoes dimensional checks, hardness verification, and surface finish inspection to guarantee uniformity and long-term performance.

These engineering standards allow ZRP valves to operate reliably in turbocharged, high-boost, and motorsport applications where durability and material integrity are essential.

We already offer valve sets for the most popular European engines, and our catalog is actively expanding, with many more models currently under development to support an even broader range of platforms.
